Nestlé US and Global
Working with both clients, all forming part of Nestlé Global, we were tasked with two projects that highlighted the importance of food safety and taking accountability for being responsible in the production area.
Nestlé highlighted key areas where staff were missing the mark, and required some intervention to help staff retain processes while keeping content light and easy to retain.
We, as a team of leads and executors, developed, pitched and rolled out all content for both of these projects.
Our projects involved motivational videos, where animations were created, and print collateral to help aid staff in retaining their knowledge.
Our approach was to use the brand's voice, and create humorous videos that would be easy to engage and understand. Alongside this, we created posters and coaching cards, which were placed throughout Nestlé's production sites.
The work seen here was what I created, having not only lead this project from a design and animation standpoint. I did not animated in the project, and along with another design executor, we created multiple posters that matched the various videos we produced.
These compositions consisted of multiple elements photoshopped together to create the main key visual.
